Harris Monuments provides memorial products and related services, including monument design, engraving, sandblasting, setting coordination, and granite gifts. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

3. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Most products sold by Harris Monuments are custom-made based on information provided by the customer, including names, dates, designs, inscriptions, sizes, and materials.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Approval of a proof constitutes final authorization to proceed. Once approved, Harris Monuments is not responsible for spelling errors, date errors, layout issues, or design choices.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change without notice. Payment is required before production or engraving begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Cemetery Rules & Setting

Cemetery regulations, setting fees, foundation requirements, and scheduling are determined by the cemetery and are outside our control. Harris Monuments is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by cemetery policies or weather conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, and proofs, is the property of Harris Monuments and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Harris Monuments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by weather, cemetery scheduling, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Refunds or Returns

Harris Monuments does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Custom monument orders

• Engraving or sandblasting services

• Death date engravings

• Design or layout work

• Granite gifts

• Deposits or material fees

Proof Approval

Once a customer approves a proof, the order is considered final and irreversible. Harris Monuments is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Materials are ordered and production is scheduled immediately upon order confirmation.

Delays

Production, delivery, and setting timelines may be affected by weather, cemetery schedules, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Defects or Errors

If an item is produced incorrectly due to an error made by Harris Monuments (excluding errors approved in customer proofs), we will correct, repair, or remake the item as appropriate at our discretion. This is the sole remedy available. No refunds, returns, or credits will be issued.**
