Installation *

I will pick up a flag to place in the burial plot at Harris Monuments (149 West Spring St. Cookeville)

I'd like to meet the installation team, and show them the burial plot.

There is currently a plaque from the funeral home indicating the location of the plot.

I confirm that all information is accurate, including spelling of names and dates. The cemetery provided is within the counties available.

I understand that a proof will be sent to my email to confirm spelling/dates before the stone is engraved. (Approval of proof required.) Harris Monuments is not responsible for misspellings, if created according to order/proof.
